Board Certified Behavior Analyst
(BCBA)

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is an independent practitioner with a graduate-level certification in Applied Behavior Analysis.
BCBA Responsibilities:
– Conduct and review assessments and evaluations.
– Supervising the application and effectiveness of service plans.
– Training of technicians (RBT), assistants, and caregivers.
– Coaching parents and caregivers to manage situations and behaviors.
– Coordination of services and interventions.
Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst
(BCaBA)
The Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) is a professional with an undergraduate-level certification in Applied Behavior Analysis. BCaBAs must work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
BCaBA Responsibilities:
– Participate in the creation and review of assessments and evaluations.
– Supervising the application and effectiveness of service plans.
– Training of technicians (RBT) and caregivers.
– Educate parents and caregivers to manage current behaviors.
– Coordination of services and interventions. assessments and evaluations.
– Supervising the application and effectiveness of service plans.

Registered Behavior Technician
(RBT)
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a paraprofessional certification in behavior analysis who works under the supervision of an RBT Supervisor and/or RBT Requirements Coordinator.
RBT Responsibilities:
– Follow the service plan and implement procedures and interventions.
– Collect data and provide progress reports.
– Apply the procedures and interventions specific to the child’s needs and the environment.
– Coordination of services and interventions.
– Complete periodic training and supervision.
